Posted May 7May 7 Hi, it is a while since I upgraded my forums. I paid for a new upgrade now, but it was not possible to an upgrade from my admin site.

Subsequent version upgrades within the same series can be perform from the Admin Panel. Whereas large upgrades, such as from version 4.7.x to IC5, should be performed manually.

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. May 8May 8 As was mentioned by Miss_B there, please also let us know which version you are upgrading from/to. As if you are going from version 4 to version 5, the behaviour you are seeing is correct. Looking at the version you are currently on, I expect this is the caseAs its a major version shift, in order to upgrade to version 5, you need to do a manual upgrade. So you would upload a fresh set of files from your client area, and then run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade to get the upgrader startedAs always, please ensure you do a full backup before you proceed :)
