I'm looking for a way to (re)configure the following: The moderators receive an email as soon as a user reports a post. However, they won't receive another email (anymore) if the report has already been processed by a moderator on the team. According to my forum moderators, this was apparently the case in the past. Unfortunately, I can't find the corresponding configuration option in the ACP. I would be very grateful for any advice.

What version are you using? There is no such function built in, nor has it been in the 4.x series. a.f.a.i.k. Maybe you used a custom app? That said, this can be easily added through a custom app though.

I'm currently using Invision Community v4.7.20. I don't remember ever having installed a corresponding app. However, the forum has been around since 2003; I think it was version 1.1 back then. 🙃 Maybe it did exist at some point in an older version.

There isn't a notification type at present that would give you this. Please do feel free to add this as a feedback item in the feedback forum, along with exactly what you would like to see. :)
