We're having some users reporting that they can't subscribe. We're using the basic Commerce functions with a Stripe account input for payment.

This is the error the one user keeps getting. Is there a way to find out if this is the site having an issue or a user error? Thanks!

Edited to add:

For what it's worth, the user trying to subscribe is in Canada. We're based in the USA, but when we input our Stripe payment into Commerce, we did select Canada as an acceptable option.

Your payment method only accepts individuals in the US and UK. So this would be correct per your configuration if they are in Canada.
