Posted May 1May 1 I can't upgrade to the latest version. After I input my email and password, the page does not move to the next segment. The loading icon spins, then the page refreshes to the same page. The same is true on Safari and Chrome. Edited May 1May 1 by beats23
May 1May 1 I think that you're just making a joke/masking private info with the email there in your screenshot but step 1, please ensure that your credentials you're using there are for the Client Area. If you're entering the correct credentials, please see if you're experiencing any errors in your browser console or errors in your System Log.
