April 30Apr 30 Did you delete the files of the conversion app rather than uninstalling it? The system is still seeing it installed so requiring the files. You will want to download the files from the Client Area and upload them to your server. You then will be able to complete the upgrade and then fully uninstall the conversion application from the ACP once you're done.

April 30Apr 30 Author No, now I figured it out that the system don't let me uninstall the converter. So, I deleted the converter folder. I've downloaded the entire package from client area and uploaded to my server. This time, the upgrade works properly. Why I can't uninstall the converter via ACP?
