April 28Apr 28 I dont seem to be able to get onto the ftp on file in order to take a look. However I cant see it being anything but the files there being outdated

April 28Apr 28 Sorry, as a self-hosted client we would not be able to manage your files for you. However, if you provide access via FTP, I can see if you uploaded them correctly. However, if you are getting the same error, it could be these have different permissions and are not getting overwritten for whatever reason. If that is the case, you will need to contact your hosting provider for assistance.If you do not like managing server based items yourself or do not have the confidence to do these tasks, I would advise investigating our Cloud. As you would just need to focus on running your community then and not server-based tasks like this.

April 28Apr 28 The files mentioned in your screenshot above have not been recently updated. 1 hasn't been touched since January. So please contact your hosting provider if you're having issues.

April 28Apr 28 If you've updated all the files, you need to finish running the patch by going to /admin/upgrade.
