Posted April 24Apr 24 I was using 32 MB of Redis, set from the cPanel of my hosting provider. I'm on a shared hosting plan. I had support increase it to 64 MB. I also updated the constants file, clicked "Check Again," and cleared the cache. I checked ports and IPs, but the memory cache in Invision still doesn't update to 64 MB — even though it's clearly shown in cPanel. I tried deactivating and reactivating it, but it's the same situation. Where could the problem be?

April 24Apr 24 Author i'm gonna ask my host provider then. Edited April 24Apr 24 by Владислав Цветков
April 29Apr 29 Author @Marc I've manage to fix it. But i've notice that once i've enabled Redis, Who's Online doesn't update properly, as i need to clear system cache everytime so i can see who is really online. Is that something to be expected with Redis actived? Edited April 29Apr 29 by Владислав Цветков
April 29Apr 29 Community Expert When you say doesnt update properly, do you mean its not instant? If so, thats not a redis issue. Blocks are cached
April 29Apr 29 Author Yes, i've waited like 5 minutes and i still couldn't see my test account in Who's Online. What is the way to config this, to check faster for updated blocks?
April 29Apr 29 Community Expert System->Settings->Advanced configuration is where you would find that
