Hello.

I'm in desperation and don't know what to do to restore what I've just broken. By mistake, on the ACP, I clicked on a link to reinstall an application that was compatible with V4 but not V5. And now, I've got an error 500. I'm completely stuck and I don't know how to restore my community.: https://accents-poetiques.com/ 😟

Unfortunately, even following the procedure suggested in the “Recovery Mode (Self-hosted only)” section, my community is still in error 500. :-/

Please, can you help ?

If you are having an issue with a 3rd party application, you could contact the author of that application for support. If you know the application name, it may be worth dragging the folder for that app, out of the applications folder. It may well recover your site. You can also check your server error logs to see exactly what the error is you are having.

I did log on to see if I could see what happened, but I cant see which app you attempted to install.

Thank you Marc. Dragging the folder for that app out of the applications folder solved my problem.
