This is a fresh install of the forum with a setup to integrate Back Blaze and currently the images for all of the badges, ranks, and emojis are missing. As being a fresh install I don't have a backup, is there only solution to do a reinstall? If I do that, would I still have an issue when turning on the Back Blaze storage option again?

Were the images present prior to migrating to BackBlaze? Did the migration of moving those images fail to BackBlaze? Making sure that your setup of BackBlaze is working is the first step here.

They appeared to be working after the images were uploaded but, looking through on my Back Blaze bucket I don't see them there. I had to redo the site logo's earlier today as they were coming up missing and had checked on a different system and browser.

If this by chance a relatively new installation? Are they the default set that you are missing?

This is a fresh install and yes, they are the default set.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

You need to clear your browser cache there, as all images are present in ranks, badges, and your emoticons on this end

Wondering what was the issue? Was it BackBlaze or was it something else that wasn't bringing the images to appear?

I believe my colleague just re-uploaded them for you so likely they got lost in the BackBlaze migration
