April 16Apr 16 Community Expert I don't seem to be able to replicate this on either 4 or 5 unfortunately. I suspect something is broken in your own language pack
April 16Apr 16 Author Yes, as said it's not happening with the IPB English pack.I assume IPB supports use of other language packs, what should do to fix the problem?

I’m afraid, we do not support the language pack themselves but if it is something underlying in the language system we do. If it’s not happening on an unmodified language pack, it likely is the language pack.

To trace down this problem or translate the language pack from scratch is not trivial. We really hope you can assist us sorting this out.
April 16Apr 16 Community Expert You would need to compare the language strings to the unmodified language pack then and see where the issue is. The issue is more than likely your language pack is plainly not compatible so you will need to update it. I’m afraid, that is outside our scope of support as we will not translate a site for you and keep it up to date. However, we do support the underlying translation system so if the language string is the same as an unmodified language pack and still not working, we can investigate.

As mentioned, custom language translations are outside our scope of support unless there is an issue with the underlying language system. My suggestions to start your troubleshooting would be to look into the specified key that is causing an issue using the tool below and then comparing the translation string value to that of an unmodified language pack.https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/themes-and-customizations/languages-and-localization_326/translating-using-the-visual-language-editor-r119/
April 19Apr 19 Author Thanks, I've checked and the parameter in question, steam_blurb_with_terms, was ok in the translated pack. Did not help to reset it either.Current "Last activity" shows that our forum is 95 billion years old.
