We have a number of achievement rules and they work great. However, we have one that is not working. This is the setting we have in ACP:

We had a poll running yesterday for April Fool's, and multiple accounts voted. The poll locked at 3:00am EST today, and when I checked this morning, no points have been issued to any of the accounts listed as having voted.

Did I set the rule up incorrectly?

Im not seeing any issues on this end. Are you on the latest release here? Also, was the rule set up prior to the poll?

We are up-to-date with v4, and the rule had been set over two weeks before I used the poll option yesterday. Never done a poll before, so we haven't tried this before. I'll award points manually and run a few test polls to see if it was just an odd thing happening.

Are your background tasks running? You can check this by search "Tasks" in the ACP and ensure that they are processing.

Thanks, yes! I check that and even ran it manually. I'll make a sample poll or two and see if it works on those.

Hi, again!

I've spent some time this morning testing this, and it seems that the points for the rule are only applied to the first account voting. I made a test board that's only viewable to TechAdmins and set three accounts in there voting. Tried three different polls, and each time the first account to vote was awarded the points. Any accounts voting after that did not receive points.

I even changed the rule from above to add a milestone of 1 vote, in case it needed that as a trigger. I tried one poll with the settings above and two polls with these settings below . . . and only the first account to vote receive points every time.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
