I think I've spotted a bug.

When I click on Transactions, under Commerce, no transactions appear:

But looking more closely at the link:

I tried to delete &do=&attn=1

And there the transactions appeared:

I don't know if this is a general bug, but has anyone else had this problem?

I've never changed my links.

That is correct. It shows initially items which require attention. You can use the "Filter" link on the same page to show all if you wish to see them all on there
