[suggestion] Advertisement: new placement between comments/reviews?

Hi there,

When I am setting up ads in my site, I see this options:

Could you add same idea as "after the first post in each topic" for Files? To show ads between comments?

Also, I'd need the same idea as "After the first topic in each forum", for index files in a category.
