Posted March 12Mar 12 Hello,I am trying to find the place where I can compose the email received by users who join or buy a course. Where can I do that?I just can't find it. That's not what I or anyone selling a course (product) wants. I don't want to edit any wrapper with html code :( :( I want a personalized welcome email like those that any business sends when a product has been purchased. And a Course is also a product, charged with knowledge, but a product.I want to have a different email for each course, a welcome email.A user buys a course. I want to send him a welcome email with instructions, etc.It seems that the course module does not use any of the in-built funcitonalities in Invision, like the user groups and now the VERY basic and needed function to send a personalized welcome email.Every shop (business) does that. We must send a personalized welcome email for each product :( It doesn't make too much sense that the courses do not have that function. It's not that you have to build that function from scratch, it's already in ACP for the products. But shouldn't this be a built-in function for every course and product and not a suggested feature?I mean, you buy something (a course), and then the client must receive a welcome email with the information about the course he purchased, what to do next, etc. Thanks. I will submit the suggestion.The user does receive an email to say they have joined a course. However you are asking for a specific email for each course. That doesnt exist at present.
