I updated three of my forums to V5. Went pretty well but for some reason, one of my forums does not have live theme editor. Live Page editor is there but not theme editor. Its there on my other two forums.

As mentioned in your ticket, please check all entries for your user in Members->Staff->Moderators. You are missing the "Can use theme editor?" permission from there

Found it. Had to go to Admin CP/Staff to find the setting.
