Min/Max Tags Settings per Forum and App

Currently, in Tag Settings on IC5, you can set a minimum and maximum number of tags per item, but this option is global—unless I’ve missed a setting somewhere. This means it applies to all forums and all applications (Pages, Downloads, Blogs, etc.) without the ability to customize it for specific contexts.

It would be much more useful to have the option to define these settings per forum or per specific application. For example, in some forums, tags are essential and should be mandatory, while in others, they are unnecessary. The same applies to other apps: I might want to require tags in Downloads but not in Blogs.

Adding this level of granularity would make the system much more flexible and adaptable to different community needs.

I hope this can be considered for a future implementation!
