I recently discovered that emails from the forum were not sending (100% my fault). I am not sure how long this was going on, but a nice feature/notification (e.g., similar to Dangerous PHP Functions Enabled) to add would be if emails sent by SMTP or PHP are not going through.

I am not sure how Invision would build this feature without sending a test email. Perhaps under the hood, the forum could automatically send one test email a day to an Invision email account. That account would then identify the license/forum owner from the email. If the Invision email account did not receive an email on that day, a warning could pop up on the forum administrator page that they should test their email settings.

It is not a life-or-death feature to add; just thought I would suggest it.
