We keep getting auto renewals sent out no matter what we seem to do....

I need that to stop altogether and kill all system email going out.

What would be the most sensible way to do that?

As a cloud customer, I've created a ticket so we can get this sorted with you. There isnt a built in way you can just stop every email that you can do yourself.
