I've been having an issue, where I will post a YT link in a post, and it just displays as a link, it never converts to actually showing the video within the post. I'll go to start a new post, embed the same link, this one converts. Tried a different link, just shows a link again. It's never consistent. Is this a known issue or is it just on my board?

Where is it you are copying these from? These work for me, but only when I paste them as text elsewhere first. So looks like there is some formatting in there causing issues

On YouTube I simply select Share then I copy the link for the video it provides, then paste that link into a post. I am using Chrome on a Mac.

Trying on my phone, same process.

What is the difference there between you posting above, and the one you just posted?

I was on Chrome, desktop. Mac. Think it could be an extension I have installed causing the issue? I can try other browsers on my desktop as well.

It is very likely, yes. I would advise on disabling those
