Hello,

today we finally upgraded our license key to the classic license model. Changing this and the payment worked out well and everything is fine from the renewal of the key itself. The only weird thing we currently see in our account here at Invision is the reported next Renewal Date with a value of "25 October 2025" (8 month from now).

We would kindly ask if our perception here is wrong as we would have expected the renewal being somewhere in 2026 & would like to clarify this right now and not just complain later on.

Your first initial term will not be a year. It will be whatever you have left on your previous license plus some free time we give you as a thank you. This all should be explained on the page prior to confirming your upgrade 😊.
