Posted February 24Feb 24 Dear All,One of the users reported me that he can't access one of the old topics. While accessing there is an error like in the title and the message "We could not find that topic."I have checked directly in the database and topic is there without and seems to have same flags like others which are visible.Is there anyone encounter same problems?Thanks.
February 24Feb 24 This could be permission related. What is your Ipb version? Also, can you temporarily disable all third party stuff and see if it will happen again? Thi sis to either rule them out or identifying one of them as being the culprit.
February 24Feb 24 Are you able to see the topic at the link yourself? Have you checked that users permissions? If you have and you are still unsure, please provide the name of the user, and ensure all access details on file are up to date
February 25Feb 25 Author Thank you for your reply. No, I can't access that topic as a guest or as logged user. Nothing has changed in the user permission since the topic was visible.
