Hi, does anyone else have a similar problem? I've had this issue since version IC4, and it still occurs in IC5. When I send a private message and click the send button, the button changes to "Saving..." and then I wait, wait, and wait some more... After about 10-15 seconds, the animation of the new message appears, and it is visually displayed as sent.

However, if I see the "Saving..." status and instead of waiting those 10 seconds, I refresh the page, I can see that the message has already been sent. It looks like the frontend is responding too late. For example, in threads, when I add a reply, there is no such issue—I click send, and the new post appears immediately. The problem has always been related to private messages.

What could be causing this issue? How can I fix it? I've seen similar bugs on various forums based on IPS.

Yes, on my website, I'm trying to understand what is causing this. The Ajax response is too long. Sometimes it's 1.3 seconds, and other times it's 10 seconds.

Please first of all disable all 3rd party items and check this again. If you are still having issues, please start slow query logging to see what is coming up
