"Content Discovery" breadcrumb link on Tag page links to internal URL instead of friendly URL

I found that "Content Discovery" link in the breadcrumbs on a tags page link to internal/app URL "/index.php?app=core&module=discover&controller=streams" instead of friendly URL "/discover/" on Invision Community 5.
