No, as its essentially a new feature. Of course you could just add yourself a 403 redirect somewhere if needed

It would depend on your own hosting, so really that would be a question for your hosting company

An example does not matter it is yours or someone else's... Just want to see an example you can use our pick title here (Invision) and show us how it is done; what lines are we going to use and where those lines are going to be inserted...

Its something you would do from your server, and its differently done depending on the environment
