I have a user complaining about having to log in to the forum every time he visits. As far as I know, he is the only one who has this issue. Running latest v5. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Do they have their browser set to delete the cookies when it's closed perhaps?

Typically, the user either is using a feature to delete cookies or they're not selecting "Remember me" on login.

That's what I was thinking too. According to the user, he has the "Remember me" option ticked. The issue must be on the user's end I guess?

Certainly if its only that user, that would be very likely the case

Quite possible they have the same issue, yes. However also likely the users end
