I don't know if this is the place where to submit my support questions for the cloud

My self hosted site was moved to the cloud two days ago with the help of Marc.

It all seemed to be working fine but there are already a few uses who are having issues because they have lost their proviletes.

I don't know how many more have been affected and I don't know why this is happening since you had a copy of my self hosted mysql database.

For instance...

Username: tynoa

He had all the secondary groups gone, so he lost access to all the forums those groups gave him access to. You'll see in my ACP that I manually gave him permission again after he reported it.

Username: Akintunde99

He has a membership he bought for 3 months and uh it expires at the end of February but he contacted me this morning to tell me that he no longer had access. Hi manually getting maxis but now I need to set an alert on my desktop to remind me off canceling his membership manually because he lost it.

Username: mujst

He had purchase two courses on one membership that gave him access to several forums on the website. Each product assigned these users to uha secondary group and it seems that the secondary groups assignments are not working after I moved my website to the cloud and that is causing havoc on my system

All these issues are probably related with the secondary groups and I don't know why this is happening after moving my self-hosted to the cloud. I don't know how many other users will start reporting issues because that's going to happen for sure.

I need a solution for this problem and an explanation of why this is happening when it never happened in my self hosted community.

I have granted manual access and assigned the secondary groups to these users by the problem is that the system will not unsubscribe them after the product expiration because I assigned then manually due to these problem. So how can you fix this issue?

I have had to change the secondary groups manually otherwise my clients good keep on complaining. I couldn't leave them like that for you to see sorry.

And probably the renewal of these products will not happen because I had to change them manually to Grant them access again to what they had paid for. So how can I fix this problem?

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Things like this should be reported in your migration ticket so we can investigate them. I do not see that the ticket where we're helping you has this reported. I have gone ahead and add this information so that our team can assist you.
