Posted February 13Feb 13 I have recently added a lifetime membership to my site, however it is not clickable for people who have existing packages. Any suggestions why this is please? My settings appear to be correct
February 13Feb 13 They are unable to upgrade as their current package is expired. So you would need to cancel that package first of all.

February 14Feb 14 Author Sorry if im being stupid but I can't see anywhere to cancel the package for that user? It has expired and their usergroup has been changed to standard member already. Not seeing anything in admin panel to clear it from their account.
February 14Feb 14 It looks like your admin screenshot is for a package, not a subscription. Check that your subscription plans allow upgrades

February 14Feb 14 Just looked at your site there, you are very very outdated with upgrade there. We have had quite a substantial number of fixes since the last update on your site. You would need to update before anything else.
