I am currently carrying out tests before making my site available.

For certain products I encounter a bug, when I want to add to the cart, the loading time never stops and the product does not go to the cart.

These products include custom fields and price adjustments.

This would be very impactful for me, is there a solution?

If you open your browser console, are you seeing any errors? It could be something is blocking the request from completing.

The bug only occurs when I open the product in pop-up, but when I actually go to the product page, I can add it to my cart

If you're getting an internal error there (in that last screenshot), you should have something in your system logs.

My system log is empty.

I took a video screenshot with both contexts for you to better visualize the problem
