Posted February 11Feb 11 Hello,I ran the installer, and when I continued the steps, it stated that there were no apps with upgrades available. I found that odd, and when I tried to do anything else, the site now had an error. We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot display this site right now.Access denied for user...You can try again by clicking the button below, or try again later.
February 12Feb 12 The error Access denied for user makes me think it's a MySQL-related issue. Your database user can't access the database.
February 12Feb 12 Im not actually seeing any issues for the site you selected. If you are still having problems, please let us know where on the site you are seeing this

The site came back on around 2 hours after going down from the upgrade failure. I didn't do anything to achieve this nor did I ever receive any response for support to correct us. Is the cloud self-correcting? This is a feature we should be praising. It does appear that it was either a config file issue for a database issue as far as I can tell.
