anyway to remove the lock ? email receives just fine from anywhere except from site. Added new temporary email from another Members personal email service and reactivated, but Member doesn’t want to abandon his active , original email . Tried to reset to old, but won’t work… says it’s locked.

You should also be able to unlock it as admin from the users ACP profile page.

After re entering offending email, did see the dialog to unlock…thanks
