Hello,

I was under the impression that cloud customers would not need to move to the newest packages to upgrade to v5. However, when trying to update my Starter plan, I have the option to upgrade, but just get an error page upon clicking it.

You would indeed need to be on a current package in order to upgrade

That's disappointing. I was hoping not to have to mess up my yearly subscriptions here to upgrade.

Sorry, I am a little confused on what you mean. Are you referring to your community's subscriptions? If so, you would upgrade to a compatible package that has Commerce (Creator and above)

Yes, I have one project on the old Starter package that has all the apps including Commerce. I believe it is essentially on par with my other Creator Pro package in features.

Originally I asked on here and was told that there were no plans to make the older plans obsolete with v5 and that there would be notice should the plans no longer be supported. However, I have not heard anything stating as such and even have the option to upgrade to v5 on the client area.

I also did not really plan to need to renew this service before the yearly term was up, which I believe would be the case in an upgraded plan was needed.

You are free to continue to use that plan, and continue to use version 4. However there is no ability to update to version 5

Question about Legacy Plans - post here or start a new topic?

If its the same topic, post here :) If not, then of course another topic

Thanks.

I'm a bit unsure and there are probably some questions that aren't pertinent to this topic so I'll start another one.
