How do I enable the dark mode and light mode?

I would like users to choose dark or light mode. I use the default Invision theme. Please let me know how to enable this.

What version are you using? If using 5.0 then it is enabled by default there will be icons at the bottom for light/dark/system preference mode.

I am using 4.7.20

The default theme in 4.x doesn't support dark mode. Only some custom themes have it.
