When i upgrade to v5 only theme defaut, i got this waring when access file download "[[Template downloads/front/view/view is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]"

This waring display only file choose add screenshot via url only.

How can i fix this case?

There some difference in Editor of V5 in "About this file" cause error. I can't find insert remote image and source button on v5 as in v4.

I'm sorry, tag system is ok

Please check the support area of your admin CP and ensure you have run all patches there. Also check you dont have any background tasks running as it may be that screenshots are currently rebuiding

This screenshots have error when i used remote image url, screenshots via upload is ok. I run latest v5 version

Hello, i have just enable v5 again, you can see on Download apps

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
