Those red numbers indicating unapproved topics/posts. Once I approve the posts, the numbers continue to show for a while.

I remember this being an issue in the past but it was resolved in a recent version, now it seems to have reappeared?

You saying "Continue to show for a while" tends to point to cache. Are you saying they are disappearing if you just leave them?

Yes, they disappear on their own after a while, I'm not sure if it's 5, 10 or 15 minutes, something like that.

Note that this does not always occur. Sometimes they disappear right away as expected.

I finally found my original thread, where I stated that this issue had been fixed in 4.7.19.

Ive assigned this ticket for devs to take a look at before I report it. I suspect there is a task somewhere that clears these
