Add link for event RSVP

I'd like to see the option to add a link to be presented to someone RSVPing to an event. Link would be defined in Add Calendar Event dialog below RSVP limit. In our case this would be to a signup form. It could be to additional info on the event like parking instructions, or a payment link.
