One of my users has got the alert that their email address has been blocked due to a hard bounce.

However, nothing shows on my AdminCP at all, so I can't unblock it. I can see in the activity log that they tried to refresh the email address (to the same one), so I wonder if the system has got confused by that? There isn't anything I can do on my end to take all the alert messages off their Settings page.

I have created a ticket to take a look at this.
