Hi, I'm having problem with this feature in Club - Message Members.

When I send messages to members in the Club, they don't get any notifications or email, does anyone had problem with this before?

Even I set the template to the default theme, I still dont get notifications, however if you click the mail icons, you can see that you have a message from the club.


Not even a number icon on top of that Mail, just like the notification icon with green number bubble , so any idea?

That's an issue with a 3rd party application, there's no such feature in the core.

I would suggest to contact the author of this application for further support.

Wait what? So the Message Members is not part of IPB core?

Correct. I have a similar 3rd party app but the one from your screenshot isn't mine.
