Dear Sirs,

I've purchased a Creator Pro plan and sent an email to request the transfer of my existing community, I sent an email but I've had no reply yet.

My order number is: 984061.

Three questions.

When will I get instructions on the information you need from me to migrate my self-hosted community to the cloud?

I want to add a couple of courses using the courses application while I wait for the support team to move my self-hosted community.

Can I add courses to my Creator Pro cloud while I wait for the support team to mirgrate the data? Will I lose the courses I add when the data is transferred from my community (I've got no courses on my self-hosted plan).

Where do I contact support if I need something or the site stops working?

I can see your ticket there. Please bear in mind it can take some time to go through these. I see you have been being responded to, as mentioned in your other topic. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible

In terms of the cloud product, if you are transferring, you dont want to add anything to the cloud product as it will be wiped and replaced with your existing site
