Posted February 3Feb 3 I recall having "forum rules" somewhere to edit and display? Seems I cannot find it anymore.

February 3Feb 3 ACP > Community > Forums > ForumsSelect the forum you want to edit the rules for and then choose the "Display Settings" tab. You should find it there.
February 3Feb 3 Author I could find that but I need a set of general rules for everything, not only per forum. Do I edit it in dozen of places?

Do I edit it in dozen of places?I would be general guidelines/rules in your Guidelines in ACP -> System -> Terms & Privacy Policy. Then put individual forum rules in what others mentioned above.

February 3Feb 3 Solution You can add it to your menu in ACP -> System -> Menu Manager or copy it directly from the registration page.It generally is {your-base-url}/guidelines/
