Hello, I'm having an issue where I don't have any "Resources" for my themes? Not even for default ones. It prompts me to "upload resources" but I have none! Wouldn't even know where to begin because my forum came with no badges, icons, emojis, logos, etc.

Is there a stock or default pack I can download somewhere?

It looks like my resources like emojis, badges, etc are missing. Even when I create a new theme, none of the rank or any reaction badges are showing. Is there some kind of pack I can download and then re-upload into my theme?

I would advise replying back in your ticket and the tech will review.

I don't have a ticket. No one ever opened a ticket for me. If they did I was not made aware.

The ticket is in your email (you created this 😉). You should have received an email at 6:23am EST this morning and yesterday at 9:14am EST

I received nothing. What email did you send it to? Nothing even in my Junk mail.

Guys, I'm sorry. I have received NO EMAIL from anyone here. I can't send you guys an email either, it gets bounced back as undeliverable. Can someone handle this over PM here? This has been extremely frustrating so far.

As you are self-hosted, you would need to restore from a backup these items. That would be the quickest way to resolve the issue.
