Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted January 30Jan 30 At least a couple of forum users on our forum mentioned to me that they cannot post any more pictures as they thought they have used up their limit. One was trying to delete image attachment in their account but cannot see any provision for it. Is there a way for a user to delete old images? Also, I was looking for a way to increase the image or file attachment size quota for an individual user. This user posts good items. I checked his allowance for attachments, it is not at the limit. Currently shows 91.66 MB of 146.48 MB allowance. But I am not sure if or where I can increase at least his attachment quota, or total quotaLew

This is in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Content -> Attachments. Make sure that the Total maximum storage is set appropriately but also the Maximum storage for each submission is set appropriately (or unlimited) as Maximum storage for each submission configures how much space per post essentially they can upload.
