I’m trying to understand the logic behind the reporting system and I have a few issues or bugs with the software.

The first one is that when I set the 'Reported Completed Notification' field in the report types, the notification gets sent in two situations: when the report status is marked as completed, and when the report status changes to 'Under Review.'

The second question concerns email notifications in the reporting content section and the notifications tab. I created two notifications regarding report rejection and completion. Sometimes, when changing the status of a report to completed or rejected, I get the option to send the notification, but other times, I don’t get the selection window and the status just changes immediately. I don’t understand why this happens.
