Posted January 21Jan 21 We’ve had a couple members who have to reset their password each time they login. One of them sent this error message they received. Any insight you have on this issue would be appreciated.
January 21Jan 21 That would be unrelated. Your most likely cause is that you have the converter installed, and have the standard and converter login method active. If so, edit both, and check they are both set to use email address. Otherwise it will show username and email, even if one only accepts email
