I'm looking to modify the banned state page to provide information, what's really difficult is the fact when you ban someone you cannot state a "Reason" leading the person to be confused and not know what they did wrong. Do I need to have a custom addon made to complete this and is anyone interested to be hired to do so?> 

I do want to say @DawPi assisted me with this request, hes an awesome addon developer. Im sure just like yall you wanna display reasons for bans etc..

One way is to ban someone via the Warning System (front-end). The user will be aware of the reason you choose:

It will appear below the page (BANNED). Of course you would need to customize that list with the options you think it’s appropriate for your use.

I didnt like that it had to go through that stuff so i had a custom addon made
