What I did before was replace all the phrases. Databases > Manage Records > Database Settings > Language

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

I've never used FTP.

Additional information regarding the above problem: I use a second language and disable English.

The issue there will be that you have not actually added a title for that database in your new language pack.

However your admin CP is showing English, of which is disabled. Enable it, then add a name for that database

In version 5 it is not a problem because English cannot be disabled. 🙂
