SardiniaNET Posted November 19 Posted November 19 For a few days now, for reasons I don't know, I no longer receive notifications when a new user signs up. In SPAM there is nothing, email works perfectly and everything seems fine. And in the admin notifications panel everything is set correctly. What do you recommend me to check?

Marc Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I cant see anything that is set up incorrectly there. I would advise first of all contacting your email provider, as I suspect they are likely being rejected before the point at which they would even get to your spam

I can write without problems from the address used for notifications on the IPS platform and I can receive emails. Yesterday a couple of notifications of new registrations came in but there were a dozen subscribers. Are you sure this is not a bug?

You would need to contact your email provider to see why you aren’t receiving these. There are no errors in the system preventing this
