I tried to move my test site to my licensed site for some reason I am getting a 403 page when i go to my licensed site any thoughts on why this is happening?

You would need to speak to your hosting company on that one

Not sure if I put the old site back it works fine.. I have never had this problem before moving any site.

Working fine now guess I just had to wait.

Yes, it sounds like you have some level of caching there. Glad to hear its now working 🙂
