I want to make custom lang keys for my databases field option . will they also been exported when i download langfile from acp 

or do i need to manually make an xml files for them ?  in case i want to install the dabases to my testsite and after import langfile?

Assuming you mean custom phrases here, no they would not be downloaded with the language file
