Can you bring such blockade? Then display a message that the products must be purchased in separate cart. Some stores don't have same payment methods for every product what complicates selling in single cart where customer is going to final phase of purchase and can't pay. It is pissing customers who often leave then.

..or add option to disable cart and go straight to summary then payment.
