Hi, hoping for some help on this one as I'm totally puzzled.

I've had a couple of messages from users saying they keep getting new device login emails. However they also state that they haven't changed anything their end and they're using the same devices.

Any ideas most welcome.

If they are clearing cookies at any point, the device tracking would reset so each time they login, they would get a new alert.

Thanks for the quick reponse. That was my first thought, but they're adamant nothing has changed our their PCs. I had moved the forum to another server around the same time and hoping it's not this which has caused something.

What browser are you using? Did it update recently perhaps?

 

For example, I use Chrome and recently noticed it keeps re-asking me to enable push notifications on each IC forum I use after the upgrade to version 129. They probably broke something with the upgrade. 🤷‍♂️
